Feed loading:
Load the feed into the carriage or loader of the spreader. The spreader is designed to accommodate large amounts of feed, ensuring that multiple feeding areas can be met in a single load.
The variety of feed can be TMR (total mixed ration) feed or other types of feed, depending on the nutritional needs of the farm.
Adjust the output:
Before the formal feeding, it is necessary to adjust the output of the spreader according to the number of cattle and sheep, the density and the amount of feed required. This is usually achieved through a mechanical linkage feed gate opening system, with the gear adjusting the speed of the feed to ensure the exact amount of feed per feed.
Start the spreader:
The spreader is equipped with an advanced instrument control system. Before starting the vehicle, turn on the small transfer control switch on the instrument (left and right) to ensure the normal start of the feed transfer system.
Then open the large conveyor and start the spreader at the same time, so that the vehicle along the corridor of the livestock house, ready to feed.
Driving and spreading:
During the running of the spreader, the feed is evenly dispersed through the feeder at the rear of the vehicle. The feeder is designed to ensure that feed is evenly distributed across feeding areas while the vehicle is moving.
The spreader has the characteristics of strong mobility, high passability, small turning radius, etc., so that it can drive flexibly in the narrow barn and improve the work efficiency.
Control the output:
In the process of feeding, the discharge quantity and discharge speed of the feeder can be adjusted in real time by manipulating the control device. This needs to be dynamically adjusted according to the actual situation of cattle and sheep, such as feeding speed, feed consumption speed and other factors.
The two-sided discharge design of the spreader makes feeding faster, can cover multiple feeding areas at the same time, and improve feeding efficiency.
Feeding management:
The spreader can complete feeding at one time, reducing the trouble of repeated feeding. At the same time, its uniform and uninterrupted characteristics ensure that cattle and sheep in each feeding area can get sufficient feed.
For pastures of different sizes, the spreader can also achieve group feeding by feeding forage in batches to meet the nutritional needs of different cattle and sheep groups.
Stop spreading:
When the feeding target is reached, it is necessary to stop the large transfer switch and then stop the small transfer switch to ensure that the feed will not continue to spill out. Then turn off the power system of the spreader to stop it.
After stopping the spreader, it is necessary to carry out a simple cleaning work on the spreader, remove the residual feed and debris, and keep the equipment clean and sanitary.
Equipment maintenance:
The spreader needs regular maintenance and maintenance, including checking the wear of various components, replacing damaged parts, cleaning the inside of the equipment, etc. This ensures the normal operation and extended service life of the spreader.
At the same time, professional training and guidance are required for the operation and maintenance personnel to ensure that they are familiar with the operation process and maintenance methods of the equipment.
