Product Description

Equipment structure: JS500 mixer is mainly composed of mixing drum, mixing arm, mixing shaft, mixing blade, feeding system, hoist structure, unloading system, water and oil supply system and electrical system. The mixing cylinder is made of high-quality steel, with sufficient strength and stiffness to withstand various forces and moments generated during the mixing process. Mixing arms and blades are made of highly wear-resistant materials to ensure wear resistance and service life during mixing. The feeding system adopts the lifting hopper feeding mode, which can be operated manually or automatically to realize the fast and accurate loading of materials. The hoist is used to lift and lower the mixing drum to ensure the smooth mixing process. The discharge system adopts hydraulic or mechanical discharge mode to realize fast and clean discharge of materials. Water and oil supply systems provide the necessary water and oil for the mixing process, ensuring the uniformity and quality of the concrete. The electrical system is responsible for controlling the start, stop and speed regulation of the entire mixing process.

Working principle: The working principle of JS500 mixer is based on double horizontal shaft forced mixing. When the motor starts, the stirring shaft is driven by the reducer to rotate, and the stirring arm and the stirring blade rotate accordingly. The rotating mixing arm and mixing blade will force the material to stir in the mixing cylinder to achieve full mixing and uniform distribution of the material. At the same time, the feeding system sends the material into the mixing cylinder, and the water and oil supply system provides the necessary water and oil for the mixing process. After the mixing is completed, the unloading system will discharge the material from the mixing cylinder to complete the entire mixing process.

Material preparation: Before using the JS500 mixer, the material needs to be fully prepared. This includes steps such as screening, weighing, proportioning and pretreatment of raw materials such as cement, aggregate (sand, stone), water and admixtures. High-quality cement that meets national standards should be selected, and aggregates should be screened, cleaned and crushed to ensure uniform particle size distribution and no impurities. The water should be clean and free of impurities, and the admixtures should be selected and proportioned according to the performance requirements of the concrete.

Loading: After the material preparation is completed, the material is fed into the mixing cylinder through the lifting hopper. During the loading process, it is necessary to pay attention to the uniform distribution and loading amount of materials to avoid local accumulation or excessive density to ensure the uniformity and efficiency of mixing. At the same time, the load should be controlled within the capacity range of the mixing cylinder to avoid material overflow or inadequate mixing.

Mixing process: When the material loading is completed, start the motor and the mixing shaft begins to rotate. The rotating mixing arm and mixing blade will force the material to stir in the mixing cylinder. During the mixing process, the material is rolled up and down, cut left and right and squeezed back and forth under the action of the mixing arm and the mixing blade, so as to achieve full mixing and uniform distribution of the material. Mixing time can be adjusted according to the performance requirements of the concrete and the production process to ensure the uniformity and efficiency of mixing.

Mixing effect: The unique mixing method of the JS500 mixer ensures that the materials are fully mixed. The design of the mixing arms and blades is precisely calculated and optimized to ensure that the material is not overly squeezed or bumped during mixing, thereby protecting the integrity of the material. At the same time, the shear force and impact force generated during the mixing process contribute to the dispersion and mixing of materials and improve the mixing effect. The mixed concrete has a uniform particle size distribution and chemical composition, improving the strength and durability of the concrete.

Discharge: After mixing is completed, the material is discharged from the mixing cylinder through the discharge system. During the unloading process, pay attention to controlling the unloading speed and quantity to avoid material overflow or blockage. At the same time, the tilt Angle and rotation speed of the mixing drum should be maintained during unloading to ensure the smooth discharge of materials. After discharge, the mixing drum and discharge system should be cleaned and inspected to ensure that they are free of residue and damage.

Cleaning: After unloading, the JS500 mixer is cleaned. During cleaning, use proper cleaning agents and tools to ensure that the mixing drum, mixing arms, and mixing blades are clean. When cleaning the device, pay attention to avoid damage or pollution to ensure the normal operation of the device and extend the service life of the device. After the cleaning is completed, check and maintain the equipment, including checking the wear of the mixing arm, mixing blade and other components, as well as the operating status of the electrical system, to ensure the stability and safety of the equipment.
